No More Lost Films
The GE RadWorks 5.0 is designed as a basic front- end
in larger PACS or image distribution networks. Built on the premier Windows NT
platform, the GE RadWorks 5.0 facilitates passive viewing functionality with standard
teleradiology send and receive capabilities and standard NT print functionality.
Thanks to fast networking and the use of Windows NT
, the GE RadWorks 5.0 can be easily integrated with Hospital Information Systems.
Traffic of images and reports can be

View-only Use
GE RadWorks 5.0 is designed for passive viewing.
Alterations to study annotations and window settings cannot be saved. Report information
can be read but not edited.
RIS Integration
GE RadWorks 5.0 can be integrated with RIS systems to
integrate reports and images. Worklists can be
generated to make study selection quick and easy. DICOM worklists are also supported. In
addition, comprehensive sorting, filtering and querying of studies locally or on remote
systems can improve the availability of images. Given their configurability, stability and
security provisions, PACS viewers are ideal for large scale applications in which control,
privacy protection and security are important. GE RadWorks 5.0 is DICOM 3.0 compliant and
CE marked.
Immediate Access to Key Images
GE RadWorks 5.0 is an ideal solution for departments
