Cadwell Easy Ambulatory EEG is the simple,
affordable answer to monitoring your patient's activity at home and in the office. From
patient prep and recording, to auditory and visual playback, Easy Ambulatory EEG is
designed to save you valuable time and provide the highest quality data.
- Easy Ambulatory EEG is the first 24-hour, 32-channel
ambulatory monitoring system that provides true digital EEG recording and reviewing.
Meaning, you can apply different montages, gain settings, and filters to the EEG during
review to best localize important events.
- The Easy Ambulatory EEG system gives you a thorough picture of
the patient's physical status. You can simultaneously monitor 21 channels of EEG and 6
other channels for inputs such as ECG, thermocouples, piezo respiration belts, motion
sensors, and eye leads.
- You'll be sold on the convenience of tape-free recording the
first time you use Easy Ambulatory EEG. It records data to a small, removable PCMCIA hard
drive that stores 24 hours of 32-channel digital data. That's four times more channels
than is available with traditional tape-style recorders!
- The Easy system gives your patients alternatives to
hand-written diaries. Its exclusive voice-input channel allows your patient to verbally
record symptoms and changes in activity using a small microphone. Or, the patient can
press the event entry button to put a simple event mark in the record. The time-stamp
automatically records the time of each verbal or marked entry.
- You can review, analyze, and archive ambulatory data quickly
and easily by inserting the removable hard drive into the Cadwell Easy II Reader , Easy
II, or Central II. The entire recording is summa rized at the bottom of the display with
color-coded bars identifying each event for a quick visual description of the day's
activities. All important con trols are selectable with one quick click.
- To speed up review, visual and auditory playback of the EEG
and patient event entries can be accelerated by 15 or 60 times the recording speed. And,
individual volume and balance controls make it easy to precisely adjust the left and right
audio for each channel.
- Auditory and graphical playback of patient event and voice
diary entries helps you quickly locate segments of interest.
- The Easy Ambulatory EEG system is very afford able. You don't
need a separate, single-use system to play back data. The ambulatory recorder can be set
up and the record reviewed with just the Cadwell Easy II Reader.
- Weighing only 2 pounds, the Easy ambulatory recorder is
comfortably worn around the patient's waist in a padded, nylon pouch. So, your patient can
safely go about his daily routine. The separate electrode junction box provides easy
access to amplifier inputs.
The 32-channel ambulatory EEG recorder and
pouch, electrode junction box, removable hard disk, and microphone come with the Easy
Ambulatory EEG recording system. You also get a pouch and disposable harness kit for the
electrode junction box; headphones; and docking station for reviewing data on the Cadwell
Easy II Reader, Easy II, or Central II.
